🛠️ Description

  • Remove old Dependabot Changelog workflow
    • Workflow is broken
    • Minor dependency updates don't need changelog entries
    • Dependabot PRs are already autocreated with the pr/no-changelog tag which skips changelog checks
    • Made the same change to terraform-provider-hcp a while ago and it has worked out well
  • Fix changelog not checked when pr/no-changelog label is removed
  • Run Unit Tests and Linter on pushes to main
    • Many changes to this repo are made by PR-less CI-driven commits, and this will give better visibility into historical CI failures
