Problem

Currently test-server.js only covers local versions of the service useful for CI.
There's no support for deployed versions

Solution

Expand tests setup to be able to point to a remote server

@Nana-EC We still maintain a minimal test suite, sort of smoke tests. We could still expand the test setup to point to a remove server. Added this to the backlog, let me know if this is ok or we should close this.
