In previous versions (v0.2.2 and older), the following issue could occur:
The field of view for plotting the oriented flagellar track (file ending "oriZCmedian.tif" in the results folder) was limited to a fixed field of view of -50 to 130 µm in X and -130 to 130 µm in Y. Thus, when analyzing very long sperm (e.g., length > 150 µm), the end of the flagellum was eventually not displayed.

In the new version (v0.2.3), the field of view will be automatically extended if the flagellar track exceeds these fixed limits.

Note, that the "oriZCmedian.tif" output file from SpermQ is used to generate the plot "(D) Overlay of one beat cycle" in the PDFs generated by (SpermQ Evaluator)[https://github.com/IIIImaging/SpermQ_Evaluator].

Example:

"(D) Overlay of one beat cycle" plot generated with SpermQ and SpermQ Evaluator based on an artificial image showing a sperm of length of about 350 µm. Left: SpermQ version v0.2.2 applied. Right: SpermQ version v0.2.3 applied.
