Welcome to the tgl18-badge wiki!

Among all the other cool stuff your Tweakers Gaming Live goodiebag contains a TGL18-badge. This badge, specially designed for this event allows you to play games, make music and do other funky stuff using fruit, cutlery, tin foil or any other slightly conductive object you can think of.

The TGL18-badge is packaged with six crocodile clips and a USB cable. Follow these steps to start using your badge:

  1. Connect one end of the crocodile clips to the desired connectors on the badge (these are marked with the corresponding key mappings).
  2. Connect the other end of the crocodile clips to your desired "controller".
  3. Use the supplied USB cable to connect the badge to a free USB port on your computer.
  4. Wait a few seconds till both red LEDs on the badge light up.
  5. Have Fun!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • The badge calibrates its sensors during the boot procedure. So please do NOT touch the connectors or your "controller" during step 3.
  • Make sure there is enough space between the various crocodile clips, their connected "controllers" and any other conductive surfaces.
