Usability Testing of Comparative Analysis Spreadsheet

Background:

The Open Community Survey team is conducting a comparative analysis of the websites of all 99 Los Angeles neighborhood councils. As part of this project, Hack for LA volunteers reviewed the websites and entered their findings into a spreadsheet. Upon analysis of the results, it turned out that in many cases data was inconsistent. We decided to conduct a usability test on the spreadsheet to identify the most common sources of confusion that might lead to inconsistent data.
