Waiting on an assistant to take-over

Overview

We need to move files from our project folder to a newly created project drive so that the organisation (rather than an individual) has control over documents and to prevent the loss of documents when/if deleted by an individual.

Action Items

  • Find out which documents are owned by me and move
  • Inform owners to move their documents
  • Make duplicates if owners cannot conduct migration
  • Confirm that all documents have been safely moved to Drive
  • Update project documents with new Drive link (except for any documents still remaining)
  • Bonnie to contact Maicol and Rachel

Go into old drive and make a list of people who still have files on the old drive

I slacked Wes regarding transfer of ownership of old google drive folders and files to Bonnie.
He has reached back saying he would however he does not know how.
I had sent him https://www.cloudwards.net/transfer-ownership-google-drive/
Followed up on the status of Feb 25th again.

Check with Bonnie about the process that Eric had for 311 project and share with Wes to transfer ownership of files and folders
