Earlier today cadquery-ocp released packages on PyPI for macos-arm64 for cadquery-ocp==7.7.2 for python versions 3.9 through 3.12.
This PR closes #646 and closes #439 and fixes the docs to remove the obsolete Apple Silicon workaround installation instructions.
