Update the Bulgarian translation (locale :bg)

It should be up-to-date with the current version of locales/en.yml

Oh wow, nearly everything in the file has changed. Was it really that bad?

Not that bad, but there were quite a few missing translations and there were some which I think should be worded in a different manner.

So I just took the current en.yml file and translated it from scratch.

Localization for Bulgarian is still far from ideal, so it's hard to say how bad it was and how bad it still is. The inflector does not work for Bulgarian and hence we have no automatic pluralization/singularization. We have a few places where we should not use a capital letter, but one exists anyway, because that's how the string is constructed, etc...
