pontos will be used to handle the version information in ospd.
Write the version information to ospd/__version__.py file.
Add a lint check for the version information. This will keep the version information in pyproject.toml and ospd/__version__.py in sync.

Use pontos for handling the version information in ospd
The version information must be handled in the
pyproject.tomlfile and within the ospd python packageospd/__version__.py.To check if the current version information is in sync:
