Removed the field "hr_name" and its corresponding code from the sources gmp.c, gmp_configs.c, manage_configs.h, manage_pg.c, manage_preferences.c, manage_preferences.h, manage_sql.c and manage_sql_configs.c.
Removed the column "hr_name" from the tables "config_preferences" and "config_preferences_trash".
Removed the occurence of hr_name from GMP.xml.in.

What:
OSP scanners are no longer supported and the corresponding code is
being removed from gvmd. Because the field "hr_name" is only used by
OSP scanners, it is also removed from gvmd.
Why:
OSP scanners are no longer supported.
How did you test it:
Tested scan configs, scanner preferences, the scanner dialog and scans in GSA.
