The unused log domains "md comm", "md file" and "md otp" are removed. The previously missing "md crypt" and "md utils" are added. (cherry picked from commit d998560)
The log domains "libgvm base", "libgvm gmp", "libgvm osp" and "libgvm util" are added to the default gvmd_log.conf (cherry picked from commit c615a42)
