- Clarify tsh installation. The installation guide is long, so make it more explicit that tsh is part of a Teleport installation.
- Also use Ubuntu 24.04 in the server enrollment example.
- Update images and navigation flow descriptions for the v17 Web UI.
- Add minor clarifications and readability improvements.
