It looks like we didn't run MassPay last week! If you are absolutely sure that we did, then rerun with -f.

The nmasspays check needs to look at the second-to-last payday, but it looks at the last payday—which is the one we just ran!

I've manually confirmed that we posted MassPay back last week. Proceeding with -f for now, will update gratipay/gratipay.com#4360 in a bit.

Last check I could find is five weeks ago: #994 (comment).

We're down from 18 to eight negative balances, and we're holding steady at one remaining manual override.
