I don't remember this happening before. The question is: can we do anything to prevent it?

@Changaco I think we're lumped in with all other Travis jobs on the same IP address. I don't think we should worry about this unless it starts happening alot.

Haven't seen this in a while, presumably because our pace of development has slowed. Lowering priority.

Though I guess that's just what is set in defaults.env (or app-conf-defaults.sql), so that's fine.
