Profile displays incorrect receiving amount.

The profile page displays an incorrect amount when people receive / take funds from teams. The funds taken from team accounts is not added to the total.

Good example profile is that of @rummik (sorry, hope you don't mind)

The profile page says "receives $14.75" and the Gittip team members page says @rummik takes $24.00 from the team. So the "total" is obviously not correct.

@whit537 - Perhaps it'd be better if the profile page would say:

Rummik receives $38.75 per week, $24.00 of which through team membership(s) and gives $0.00
