Perhaps make it a balance sheet style report, just like the history? (cough reuse cough)

Note one privacy / annoyance prevention: default should be OFF. If we default it to ON for whatever reason, send a cutesy announcement mail to users before doing this. That allows them to turn OFF the feature before they get annoyed by "yet another unrequested, unwanted daily/weekly/whatever email". 😄

This is currently blocked on #89 sign up with or link email address.

Also, do we want to add what's left of #1124 into this one, and close that? I think an opt-in daily/weekly/monthly report for both giving and receiving would be fantastic, and there's no real reason to separate the two. (Suggested keeping this one simply because it's older.)

Could be handy to have an email sent to account owner when another user supports/backs one of their projects. Also maybe include a summary of total no of users supporting the project with received information, like estimated payment totals as well prehaps.
