- [x] Is a Project Owner also a Collaborator? (I think yes, but not 100% clear.)
- [x] Is there an earlier action (before payment) that would make sense for Collaborators to form an agreement with the Project to collaborate? It's somewhat un-natural to say that accepting payment is what forms the agreement; usually the agreement precedes the payment.
