Hi 👋 ,

Would it be possible to have releases against this repo so I can track changes over time and not just be assuming I'm on latest or pulling latest all the time as this is causing me pain to keep track.

Thanks

Hi Jason! Yes I think this is something we should be able to do - I'll chat with the team and get an idea for timelines here.

Hey @tomwilkie

Any updates on the versioning? Even if we just cut a manual for now it would be a great help ❤️

@xorima I'll get this scheduled in the next week or so.

When you say having a manual release for now, did you just need binaries? From your previous comments, it seems like you're interested in having a versioning system (which hasn't been introduced yet) and releases that you can monitor, so that you can be alerted of new changes?

Thanks @rgeyer

So I'm interested in a versioning system, but by manual release I mean more cut a v0.1.0 tag, and then using go install people can at least install that version as a known place to start with. That way as a quick win the community gets a known version to pin to and yourselves have some time to put in place the right strategy

Hey @rgeyer / @tomwilkie any updates on this?

If I pop in a pr which will handle versioning for you via github actions would this work for now or do you have other plans around this space?

Thanks

Jason
