I suggest that the following list should be removed because it seems not to be updated and also very short:
Basic tracking list by Disconnect

I can't even remember where I got the URL for that list. I am trying to find out if there is a public repo for it and I can't find anything.

The Disconnect extension itself is presented as "Open Source" on the web site, with a link to the GitHub repo, but there is essentially no meaningful activity on the repo.

Given all this, I agree that the list should be removed, it just look like it is a stale list.

Okay that’s a little bit off topic here, please discuss that somewhere else. Let’s wait till gorhill decide if and when he wants to remove the list.

All 34 rules can be found in Malvertising list by Disconnect. Some in Adguard Spyware.

the pretty same is true for Disconnect Malware Filter List... although it is updated regularly, all filters are also included in the already listed Disconnect Malvertising Filter List.
