[Doc] Mark multicluster allocation feature as stable #1831

Changing the multicluster allocation version to stable

Freezing this, since I think we likely don't want to move something to stable while between RC+Stable releases.

After I clicked approve I realized that both of these changes to the website should be gated behind our next agones release (so that they don't become retroactively stable)
