#6148 introduced a bug in the way
INSERTstatements are produced.Currently, INSERT statements produced by spansql are invalid, for example:
Where the correct form should be:
The first form (INSERT INTO) has been chosen as it aligns with the documented examples.
This PR addresses the issue and adds necessary tests.
