feat(content): update the api

#### content:v2.1

The following keys were added:
- schemas.AccountItemUpdates.properties.effectiveAllowConditionUpdates (Total Keys: 2)
- schemas.AccountItemUpdatesSettings.properties.allowConditionUpdates.type (Total Keys: 1)
