Yehuda, did you figure this out? It should essentially be "rm -rf /usr/local/munki" and the install Munki. There may be a couple of other harmless remnants, depending on how you installed Simian. We can throw together a doc if you still need help (and would happily accept one if you have notes).
I actually gave up at that time, but thank you very much for following up.
I'm just getting Reposado going, but I'm hoping to go back to simian before
the summer. It will definitely be a good thing for students and teachers
to use during summer vacation!
