I forgot to include this in PR #149. This commit restores the line mentioning HACKING.md in the voicekit branch (which was originally added in #36).
IMO having this in the readme is helpful, because its how I figured out how to set up Assistant on my Pi. I would have missed that these instructions existed otherwise and wasted a lot of time.
