Retail and Logistics logs for 1.2.0 certification - test scenarios for retail and logistics

To submit logs for protocol compliance verification, following steps need to be followed:

1. Create a fork of the "v1.2.0-logs" repository

2. Create a folder with the name of your entity in the base dir

3. Update your logs in the dir of your forked repository (logs should include request & response payloads for all enabled APIs)

4. Create PR for your repo to ONDC repo

5. The PR will be approved and merged and verification comments will be provided in issue tagged to your entity
