Purpose of command line commands and commands

I missed on my first question, to thank for this piece of software. ❤️

I am new to terminal file managers and its behaviour and configuration.
But what is actually the difference between commands and command line commands?

It is me again... :-D

I have the answer found by myself!
It was of course my fault, the command line commands are not for the particular command line of the shell but of the command line entered by :/read, and it is to modify its behaviour.

Nevertheless thank you again for this awesome project!
