I.e. you have content files for it, language config in config.toml etc., but you want to turn it off (for some reason).

So:

What happens today is that, if you remove one language definition, any content files for tthat language ends up in the default language.

  • So, to remove a language, one must remove both content + config, which is probably what you want.
  • But the above gets a little heavy if you need to disable a language (maybe during translation) for a periode

This commit adds a new config setting:

```toml
disableLanguages = ["fr"]
```

If this is a multilingual site:

* No site for the French language will be created
* French content pages will be ignored/not read
* The French language configuration (menus etc.) will also be ignored

This makes it possible to start translating new languages and turn it on when you're happy etc.
