I agree the timeline zoom slider should be reversed as well. This would be more consistent with other zoom sliders we already have in the editor.
We may also want to display some kind of percentage next to the slider. (The question is, what would be 100% zoom in this context?)

@Calinou Percentage might be not useful information, but to answer your question, 100% supposed to be 0 zoom level as web browsers do.
