fix: apply consistent redirect and toasty logic for schedules #698

fixes a bug where adding a couple schedules in succession would confuse the redirects and toasties wouldnt appear.

removes the redirect from Schedules "Add" and "Update" response, as it should only redirect back to the table on Delete.
improves the messaging with schedules toasties
