PrepareTestEnv will load fixture under ./fixtures/Test_AddCombinedIndexToIssueUser and insert into the database. But in the original testing, some table issue_user's columns missed.

The testing system is somewhat broken, but I haven't got time to look into.

For example: does the migration tests really work well?
