OpenSSH can generate lots of info logs every few seconds (see https://gitea.com/gitea/helm-chart/issues/224 and https://gitea.com/gitea/helm-chart/issues/258).
Currently, LogLevel is not configurable via environ (see

gitea/docker/root/etc/templates/sshd_config

This is a feature request for making openssh log level configurable.
