PR gnolang/gno#1708 has been merged which has
avlhelpers.ListByteStringKeysByPrefix. In public.gno, remove the temporary copy of this function and makeListUsersByPrefixuse the "official"avlhelpers.ListByteStringKeysByPrefix.NOTE: If the Berty node updates dsocial, then its gnodev needs to be using the latest gno repo which has
avlhelpers.ListByteStringKeysByPrefix.
