Download icons

Adds a simple download icon near file & folder in GitHub's content explorer.
Please note that files will automatically download and folders will be downloaded via download directory.

Github access token

When downloading folders download directory allows to pass a github access token in order make sure we don't pass the action limit on GitHub's api.
You can insert you own github token at the extensions config page:
