This repository contains a Jupyter extension to visualize crystalline structures and molecules in the Jupyter notebook with Jsmol (the javascript version of Jmol).
For the time being, you have to install from a cloned repo, which can be useful for development. You can clone the repo using:
git clone https://github.com/gmatteo/nbjsmol.gitInstall the extension with
python setup.py install
