Tests erroring are either the nematic example, which is being fixed on #68, or errors that I cannot reproduce locally. |

Description
This PR restricts the version of some dependencies such that the notebooks no longer fail in the CI environment. If also fixes the Filter notebook to use vectors instead of distances to fit the v3 api.
