Describe the bug
When a logout url is used in Foundation theme, it does not populate the logout button in the footer. This causes confusion and accessibility issues.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
When setting the alternate logout url, it should also update the logout link in the footer.
