Description
Update python-test-workspace repo in IDE test, python-test-workspace has been moved to gitpod-io
How to test
I also enabled prebuilds in the repo but it seems it's failing due to a bug
So maybe we can just merge it and test it on main and check if it works, if not I will revert the prebuild changes so the test pass again
