Make project order stable

The project sorting needs to be stable currently one can watch projects jumping around when loading because information needed is fetched asynchronously. Maybe getting the projects sorted from the backend is the way to go.

It's semi-stable now (ordered by last Prebuild, once after page load).

It could be even more stable (by bundling last prebuilds along with the initial projects request), but I feel like that should be a follow-up issue if we want to do it.

For me, the page is currently good enough, and we'll learn more about the Teams & Projects UX overall in the coming days/weeks, which could imply future redesigns anyway.
