Improve the org selector UX

Problem to solve

Currently, the org selector sits in the top left corner of the top navigation. This creates some issues like the following:

1. The new org auto-generated avatar clashes visually with the Gitpod logo on the dashboard.
2. There could be an intermediate solution to resolving this by improving the layout of the top-left area (see screenshot below), however, with the move to ~dedicated, our target users, etc, switching orgs will be less frequent or useful.
3. The positioning of the top navigation links (workspaces, projects) depend on the team name length, see screenshot below.
4. Once and if we introduce the ability to change the auto-generated avatar, keeping the org selector on the left will feel almost like a bug for our team which would be using the Gitpod logo twice, see screenshot below.

Recently discussed with @selfcontained about this and attempted to move the org selector to the right, see #16423.

Ideas worth exploring:

1. Moving the org selector to the right.
2. Merging the org selection with the user avatar.
3. Merging the org menu with the user menu.
4. Introducing a secondary help menu for secondary links like docs, changelog, etc.
5. Skip surfacing the org avatar when the org menu is collapsed.
6. An alternative approach could be to center the Gitpod logo, see [dashboard] move org menu left #16164 (comment).
