Description
This PR adds some docs on the
golangci-lintlinter and adds the scriptsscript/ensure-golangci-lint-installedandscript/lintto simplify running the linter locally during developmentLastly, the
golangci-lintsettingmodules-download-mode: readonlywas removed because it created problems deleting the.gopathscript/cibuildreturns with no formatting errors, build errors or unit test errors.
