I have installed the latest version of the package ^4.0.1 but still getting the error.

Thank you, I have to release a new major version because Angular has made a breaking change: https://github.com/angular/angular/blob/853b1c1bc998a9e113731b859294eddf5b108ef5/packages/router/src/router.ts#L476
