Adds new commands:
resources copy <resource> <new_resource>with optional flag--deepto also associate new resource Transformations with Element; addresses multiple common objects / one instance - cloning capability #16transformations delete <resource> <element>, to delete a Transformation association from an Element, which is a prerequisite if deleting a Resource (existing capability inresources delete <resource>transformations associate <resource> <element>as there's still more discussion re associate a transformation with an Element #20
