Set up EasyCLA for OpenTelemetry

We're spending more time with OpenTelemetry and would like to sign a corporate CLA so that Sentry developers can contribute upstream without friction.

I asked internally for a link to a PR that would use this (I believe already merged w/ individual CLA). Would be helpful for going through their setup instructions.

This came up again with @bitsandfoxes trying to add the .NET SDK to the Open Telemetry registry (link?).

I'm in the system, looks like @dcramer is the "CLA Manager." I've asked him to add me as manager as well and then we can start authorizing individual devs.

P.S. @gavin-zee approved this previously, he's on GitHub now so can chime in if he likes. :-)

To be clear I’m not doing anything. I don’t have an account as I pointed out. Whatever you’re seeing is certainly some legacy thing. Whoever is gonna drive this can contact them as this doesn’t exist on my list of priorities.

If so then let's workshop it to make sure this is working. Otherwise let's close this out and work through specifics the next time it comes up.
