Update to the latest version because there are many bug fixes in the latest versions.
Our last release failed 2 times for CocoaPods (getsentry/publish#4599). Most likely, it was a problem with the CocoaPods infrastructure, but it's also good to update CocoaPods to the latest version to minimize the risk of a failing release due to a missing bugfix.
