Validation bot does not skip private org members

Validation bot is supposed to skip all getsentry org members, public or private. Seems to be whiffing on private members. Is the right API out there? Any hope for the flowers? Maybe give the bot more perms?

If we can't fix this, consider:

• improving the log message
• adding a note to the comment
• notifying engineering team
• incorporating into onboarding
