[Feature Request] Add Spoolman Widget

Description

Spoolman is an open source software to manage your 3d filament spools.
As there is already an integration for Moonraker I think it makes sense to add Spoolman as well.

If properly set up, the slicer will set the active spool in Spoolman and updates the used filament while printing.
With this feature I would like to see the remaining filament per spool in percent.

I'm glad you posted this because now I know of Spoolman! Opening that can of worms - Spoolman plus OctoEverywhere seems great (though I'm restricted due to Bambu printers not allowing auto updates of filament progress in Spoolman). If this hits the upvote threshold I'd be happy to help or do the widget for this (though I may need testing help from someone running octoprint/klipper)
