[Feature Request] Widget for ArgoCD #2644

DescriptionHello there, I've finally got around to setting this outstanding dashboard software up and while configuring everything for my Kubernetes cluster, I found that there wasn't a widget for GitOps software like ArgoCD. Would it be possible for this to be added? I'm not sure about ArgoCD's API or what could be used, but general info about applications would certainly be nice to have on the dashboard.
