Broken link in readme to pimple

The link https://pimple.sensiolabs.org/ is dead. In fact it looks like Pimple is ... Well "not accepting changes" according to:

Which I assume to be the same?

(Im new here: Does grav still rely on pimple?)

Anyway, readme needs updating.

Pimple is so simple that it hasn't really changed for years except for compatibility fixes to PHP and PSR container support.
