Installed a fresh copy Grav v1.7.22 (with Admin), no custom configuration.
Updated all plugins

Create page => testpage
I want to rename the folder, I get an error:

Failed to save entry: Flex saveRow(03.testpage33|default): Flex moveFolder(user/pages/03.testpage, user/pages/03.testpage33): Cannot move folder to itself

Hmm. The issue only affects renaming where you append new characters to the existing folder name. Everything else works fine.

@awrog Moved the issue to Grav and fixed the bug. See the above commit to test the fix. :)
