non-latin routing paths and active path designation

There could be an issue of page.active or page.activechild in collections, leading to
... entries not being currently generated when there are non-Latin letters.

In Grav Antimatter, I am currently not getting correct active classes and style shades on subsections of e.g. mydomain/über/dübel1 and mydomain/über/dübel2

Awesome, thank you for the fixed issue. I was thinking the whole time it might have something to do with urlencode, but did not know enough about the internals of the php code. In any case, I can now use the standard navigation twig again, as active and activeChild work again.
